DIRECTIONS: Head into the main lobby of the Post building where the Starbucks/City Market grocery store are. Then go up 2 sets of escalators to the gym lobby. You can also take the 2 main elevators in the centre of the building to the 4th floor. FYI - The outer perimeter elevators do not go to the 4th floor.
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS: Check in with the front desk tablet and have a seat in the waiting area. Your physio will meet you to bring you to the office. Change rooms are located within the gym which you can use before your appointment if needed or in our private room during your appointment.
DIRECT BILLING: We offer different billing to most extended health insurance providers. Feel free to contact us if you’d like to double check, along with your plan provider to ensure they allow direct billing. We do not bill directly to ICBC or WorkSafeBC at this time.
Your credit card is required to book an appointment but won’t be charged at the time of booking. The card is stored securely in Jane Payments (Stripe) and not visible to staff.

Christian received his Master’s of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia (UBC) in 2014 and his Bachelor’s of Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV).
His background includes several years as a certified personal trainer and Kinesiologist through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. His eclectic approach utilizes manual therapy, manipulation, dry needling, exercise and education to optimize and restore normal movement. Christian strives to bridge the gap between a clinic rehab setting back to sport and gym environments for his clients.
His experience includes elite athletes and has travelled internationally with the Canadian Freestyle Ski team. He has worked with other teams including Vancouver Warriors and BC Rugby. Christian is a sessional instructor for Human Anatomy at UFV and a clinical skills assistant at UBC in the Department of Physical Therapy. He is also a published lead author in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research.

Linda is a clinician-scientist with extensive knowledge in knee injuries and rehabilitation. She is well known internationally for both her clinical and research knowledge. She is currently completing a post-doctorate fellowship with UBC focusing on using digital health technology to improve the health system for people with musculoskeletal pain.
She completed her PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of British Columbia with a research focus on the impact of social support on recovery following a traumatic knee injury (e.g., ACL injury). With her thesis work, she also worked to develop an innovative program looking at how to delay and/or prevent knee osteoarthritis and physical inactivity. She is a clinical instructor in the Physiotherapy Masters Program at UBC.
Linda has more than 12 years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist and has worked closely with sport medicine physicians and knee surgeons at her time at the Glen Sather Sports Medicine Clinic in Edmonton, Alberta. She treats a wide range of injuries, but has extensive experience in diagnosing and managing knee injuries, particularly ACL injuries. Linda’s treatment approach is strongly rooted in 1) exercise 2) evidence/research 3) empowering and educating patients. She is an avid climber and enjoys ice hockey and weight lifting.
